readable, recommendable, and usable by AI search engines and AI agents
(ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and others). We practise what we audit — this
site is built to score 100/100 on our own rubric.

This file exists so AI agents can understand and act on this site quickly.

## What we do
One score out of 100:
- **Visibility /50** — can AI find, understand and CITE the business?
- **Operability /50** — can an AI agent read the data and COMPLETE an action (booking, purchase, enquiry)?
